NECA’s Mastering the Latest FERC Decision on ISO-NE’s ORTP

Come join NECA’s experts as they delve deeper and explain FERC’s June 7, 2021 decision in ER21-1637-000 related to the inaugural Offer Review Trigger Prices (ORTP) values for renewable and battery storage resources in next year’s capacity auction (FCA 16). NECA will discuss the approved ORTP values, review the alternative values proposed by NEPOOL and other market participants, and examine implications for market outcomes and clearing of new resources in next year’s forward capacity auction.
