NEWIEE Peer Circles Program
NEWIEE is thrilled to announce the launch of its members-only Peer Circles Program, a six-month mentorship experience open to members of all career types and career stages in the energy and environmental fields.
- The Peer Circles Program is intended to provide a platform for matching groups of individuals in the energy and environmental sectors, giving them the opportunity to learn from, connect with, and support each other through discussions and activities.
- Once formed, Peer Circles will operate autonomously, allowing members to shape the group’s dynamics, determine its direction, and drive the Peer Circle experience.
- Most important, Peer Circles will create a safe and supportive atmosphere where members can freely express themselves and engage with others of diverse backgrounds and viewpoints.

Register for Peer Circles
We are accepting Registration Surveys until November 17, 2023.
Participants must be members of NEWIEE.
Timeline
- October 30 – November 17: Registration period.
- Early December: NEWIEE notifies participants.
- December to May: Peer Circles independently arrange their meetings and communications.
- Late May/Early June: NEWIEE Peer Circles Program wraps up. Return the Questionnaire to provide feedback on your experience.
Grouping
The questions contained in the registration survey will help NEWIEE form its inaugural Peer Circles. NEWIEE will make best efforts to group individuals according to the responses and preferences provided through the survey. We look forward to your participation!
