SHPDC’s Home Electrification Series: Electric Cooking

In the fifth session of Studio for High-Performance Design & Construction’s Home Electrification Series, the session will review options for electric cooking and range hoods. SHPDC will look at induction stoves as well as electric resistance ranges, and talk about the importance of exhaust hoods for good indoor air quality. SHPDC will also cover how to introduce makeup air to offset exhaust from range hoods.
