SWEP MA’s Banish Burnout: What It Looks Like and How to Fix It
October 12, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Burnout is real. Understand the brain science of stress so you can banish the emotional, physical, and behavioral symptoms of burnout, even when dealing with COVID, working from home, hybrid meetings, and a return to travel. Learn the mindsets, skills, and habits needed to work well, be happy, and be profitably productive.
Our speaker, Dr. Margarita Gurri, Ph.D, CSP, is a Misbehavior Expert, called Dr. Red Shoe. Dr. Red Shoe solves people problems—conflict, crisis, and ethical challenges—to bring out the best in everyone. She is the author of several books. For more information check her website DrRedShoe.com.
The presentation will be 5-6:15 PM, EDT, with optional networking from 6:15-6:30 PM, EST.
Co-sponsored with the Connecticut Society for Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP-CT) and the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA).
