WEN Global’s The Evolving Role of Finance in ESG (Virtual)
Investors and other stakeholders are demanding that companies incorporate ESG into their non-financial reporting. Given the finance function’s experience with data collection, controls, and reporting, it is becoming a critical component of the ESG reporting process.
During this discussion, the speakers will highlight the value of ESG financial reporting, including an SEC update on ESG regulations and how investors view ESG reporting. In addition, we will discuss how companies are navigating the changing landscape and provide an overview of current state activities, what is next in ESG reporting, and lessons learned in ESG reporting.
