WEST’s Navigating a Hybrid Team Dynamic

For over a year, employees have been working – remotely, in person, or through a combination of the two – the hybrid team. Some companies are opening their physical doors for more employees to return to face-to-face work, while other organizations are embracing the hybrid model which allows for a mix between in person and virtual collaboration across teams. How does one navigate this dynamic successfully?
In this workshop, Laurie Bohn will discuss
- The cultural implications of hybrid teams
- Effective methods of communication to build stronger connections
- Empathy and trust building in a dispersed team
