WEST’s Approaching Salary Negotiations with Confidence

At work, some of the hardest conversations we have are about our own compensation. Often, it’s much easier for us to advocate for others than to lean into the self-advocacy. This can create and perpetuate numerous problems, including feeling undervalued and resentful, not to mention hurting own financial wellbeing.
In this interactive workshop led by Corona Pritchard, participants will:
- Review best practices for approaching salary negotiations, including the mindset work that is a necessary precursor to a successful conversation
- Learn the most important elements of preparation, holding and following-up on a salary conversation
- Ensure you know the many things that you may be able to negotiate for, in addition to base salary
Come prepared with your questions and scary “what-ifs” and burning questions!
