AE2C’s Implications of ESG in the U.S and the World
The new catchphrase for governments, environmentalists, development specialists, and corporates alike is ESG. This acronym for Environment, Social, and Governance has become the buzzword underpinning discussions on energy transition, net-zero development, and corporate social responsibility.
But, what is ESG?
Are there clear definitions, standards and rules that define ESG, and are these universally accepted? How will ESG impact the U.S. and our world overall?
