Alliance for Climate Transition: Navigating DEI in the Trump Era Part I – Executive Orders

August 26 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Virtual Event

Join ACT and Foley Hoag LLP for a timely two-part legal education and compliance series designed to support employers, nonprofits, and public agencies navigating the rapidly shifting legal landscape for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives under the Trump Administration.

As Executive Orders 14151 and 14173 introduce sweeping changes with broad implications for federal contractors, grantees, and private sector employers, many organizations are seeking expert guidance to stay compliant—without compromising their commitment to equity.

This virtual series will provide clear legal analysis, sector-specific strategies, and actionable tools to help mission-driven leaders adapt in real time.

Who Should Attend: Employers, nonprofit executives, higher education leaders, public sector grantees, HR professionals, and legal/compliance teams across the Northeast.

Part 1: Executive Orders – Legal Primer & Immediate Compliance Actions

This kickoff session will break down the key provisions of EO 14151 and EO 14173, outline required actions for federal contractors and grantees, assess current litigation and enforcement trends, and equip participants with a quick-start checklist for compliance.
