EBC’s Solid Waste Management Webinar: MassDEP Regional Solid Waste Section Chiefs & Leadership
This annual EBC Solid Waste Management program provides a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from John Fischer, Deputy Division Director of Solid Waste Materials Management at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and from the leadership of the regional MassDEP Solid Waste Sections. Particularly during this turbulent time, there is no better way to hear what’s on the minds of the Solid Waste Section Chiefs & Leadership, as the waste industry continues to serve as an essential business during the pandemic.
In addition to talking about the critical solid waste issues in each region, discussion topics with the DEP Solid Waste Management Section Chiefs & Leadership will include but not be limited to updates on:
- Solid Waste Master Plan
- Waste in the Time of COVID
- Permitting
- Capacity
- Special Projects
- Rail Haul
- PFAS
- Post-Closure Issues
- Frequent Violations
There will be ample time for open discussion and Q & A with attendees.
