Green Energy Consumers Alliance’s How to Advocate for EV Charging in your Community
If you live in an apartment building or condo, your ability to purchase an electric vehicle (EV) might be limited by lack of access to a charging station. Your building owner or homeowners association might say that not enough people want EV charging, or that they lack the resources to start planning for EV charging. What can you do about it as a resident? This webinar will help you identify next steps and strategies to help get EV charging installation on the agenda for your building or homeowners association. The webinar will help you figure out whether other people in your community are interested in EVs, how to start educating decision-makers about the benefits of EV charging, and how to take advantage of the financial incentives that are available to install a station. With these resources, you can start an important conversation and generate momentum to get your community onboard.
