As life expectancy continues to rise in both the U.S. and Canada, living not just longer but healthier and better lives is on the minds of many. Ten years ago, John Hancock, a longtime leading member of NECBC, transformed the life insurance industry by introducing John Hancock Vitality — a program rooted in behavioral science that offers life insurance customer tools, resources, incentives and rewards to help them improve their long-term health.
