Risk & Crisis Communication: Skills for Effective Communication – Focusing the Message
Whether you are in the field doing a site walk or involved with field work, in the office evaluating and reporting on data, or speaking with a client, regulator, the public or press, how we share information is critical to a successful partnership and completion of a project.
During this webinar, we will gain insights from some experts on how to effectively communicate – focusing on the message in these ever-changing times and ability to access information at the touch of your screen – and share some experiences when working with our diverse stakeholders and communities.
A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.
General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.5 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.
