WEST’s Nurturing Confidence: The Path Through Courage and Authenticity
While there are tons of articles, videos and books on confidence, the process of how to nurture and grow one’s confidence feels vague. In this coaching style workshop, the goal is to bring more clarity to this process so that you can take clear action towards it. In this hands-on workshop, you will have time to explore and reflect on confidence through the lens of courage and authenticity. You will experience first-hand how you can tap into these aspects to nurture and grow your confidence. You will also have the opportunity to practice and apply what you learn through interactive exercises and group work.
