What Keeps RIDEM Leadership Up at Night? Annual EBC & RISEP Rhode Island Leadership Program
What keeps the leadership of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) up at night? Find out at this annual joint EBC and RISEP program featuring RIDEM leadership from across the agency. Sue Forcier’s kickoff presentation will provide the 1,000-foot view of what is new at RIDEM and introduce each chief and their program responsibilities. The office chiefs will hold a series of brief presentations that get into the details, with the chiefs discussing the hot topics that are holding their attention in 2024 and beyond. With much of the decision making at RIDEM taking place at the office level, this program provides a unique opportunity to understand the challenges and concerns of the leadership of the offices.
Join for an informative and lively conversation with the key RIDEM decision makers as they discuss ongoing and future programs strategies and challenges.
The program will conclude with a robust panel discussion.
