SUMMARY:SWEP-CT: Lunch-and-Learn - CTDEEP New UST Regulations
DESCRIPTION:SWEP-CT invites its members to attend a lunch-and-learn session with Mark Latham of CTDEEP and his team on the New Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations on July 23\, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to approximately 12:45 p.m. The UST Regulations\, RCSA sections 22a-449(d)-1 and 22a-449(d)-101 to 22a-449(d)-114\, inclusive\, identify the performance standards for owners and operators of state regulated and federally regulated UST systems. The updated UST regulations modernize and update the UST regulations by adding clarity\, consistency\, and flexibility. These updates are consistent with current technologies and eliminate outdated standards. This is an interactive program and there will be plenty of time for questions and answers. \nNon-members are invited to join the program as well for a registration fee of $15. If you join SWEP-CT prior to the event\, this fee will be waived. \nYou will receive the meeting log-in information with your registration confirmation.
