Madison has been with Burns & McDonnell for about 3 years and supports the recruitment for Construction professionals, company-wide professional development, and personal branding, and works with internal teams to seek and on-board top talent.

Elena began working in renewable energy recruitment in the UK focused on offshore wind and relocated Boston this year to continue supporting renewable energy companies and organizations as they scale up their teams. She has successfully connected numerous professionals with careers in renewable energy across Finance/Commercial, Technical, and Environmental areas, as well as in essential supporting functions like Communications and Community Engagement. One of her favorite things about her work is being able to help build teams that make these renewable energy projects a reality and connecting passionate people with their dream jobs. She previously worked in Environmental/Outdoor Education, has lived in three continents, and holds her degree in Public Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is passionate about increasing diversity in the renewable energy sector and enjoys spending time
outdoors, especially hiking with her dog.

Marissa graduated with a Bin Marine Science with a minor in Marine Biology and Ecology. She is passionate about the ocean, environment, and helping others succeed. Currently an Account Manager at Resource Options (“ROI”), a local staffing firm in the A/E/C realm. She works out of company headquarters in Needham, MA and has been with the company for over 1 year. ROI focuses on a regional level from Maine to New Jersey. Marissa works with candidates and clients as well as developing new relationships and mentoring internal staff.
