Jenai Browne, Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Eversource Energy
A seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with experience in strategic sourcing, recruitment operations, human resources and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition at Eversource Energy, Jenai partners with business leaders to forecast staffing needs, build trusted advisory relationships, and proactively develop diverse talent pipelines aligned with organizational goals. She leads initiatives to enhance hiring processes, workforce planning, and succession strategies through data-driven insights.
Prior to her current role, Jenai held key recruitment and HR positions at organizations including May Institute, Van Pool Transportation, WinnCompanies, and Primark USA, where she consistently drove full-cycle recruiting efforts, coordinated hiring events, and supported onboarding and employer branding strategies. Her early career in retail management at Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe honed her leadership, training, and operational skills, laying a strong foundation for her transition into corporate talent acquisition.
Chandreyi Datta, Marketing Manager, Solect Energy
A marketing professional in the renewable energy sector with over a decade of experience spanning corporate communications, proposal development, creative storytelling, and multimedia content creation, including graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, and web development. Currently a marketing manager at Solect Energy, Chandreyi brings a global perspective shaped by her career journey from India to the USA, collaborating across countries and diverse teams.
Her specialty lies in brand relaunches and rebranding efforts following mergers and acquisitions, including major projects such as PwC’s acquisition of Booz & Company and rebranding that as Strategy&. She thrives on creative thinking, critical analysis, problem-solving, and a systematic approach to crisis management.
Chandreyi is a proud woman of color committed to building a support community, amplifying diverse voices, and advancing equity and inclusion in the energy sector and beyond.
Einat Dorobantu, Director, Program Management, Burns & McDonnell
Einat brings more than 20 years of experience in the electric utility, contracting, and consulting industries, with deep expertise in transmission, distribution, and technology integration. She has led strategy development and implementation initiatives, advancing organizational transformation and process improvement through business optimization, IT integration, and regulatory compliance. Her background spans program management, EPC management, grid modernization, and capital program oversight, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and execution efficiency.
