NEWIEE’s Annual Members Meeting & Fall Fête 2026

Join us for NEWIEE’s 2026 Annual Members Meeting and Fall Fête on Thursday, November 19th, 2026, at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. The Annual Members Meeting will be held at 4:30 pm, followed by cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 pm.
4:30 pm: Annual Members Meeting – Members Only
This year’s Annual Members Meeting and Fall Fête will be an evening of celebration, great networking, and more. We’ve designed an Annual Meeting with structured conversations that will provide meaningful career insights, while also shaping NEWIEE’s future programming.
You will connect with fellow energy and environmental leaders through a series of dynamic small group discussions, meeting new colleagues while sharing insights on what’s working in your career journey and what barriers still need addressing.
Join us for your opportunity to be part of the member conversations that drive NEWIEE’s next chapter and gain practical insights from peers. Whether you’re looking to expand your network, share your expertise, or influence how NEWIEE serves our community, this evening promises meaningful connections.
6:30 pm: Fall Fête – Open to Non-Members
Please join us for some seasonal food & drinks, networking, and great conversations alongside the women+ leading change in energy and environmental sectors.

Professional Clothing Drive:
At the end of the Annual Members Meeting, we will be hearing from the Dearborn STEM Academy, and will be collecting donations of gently used professional clothing for their students participating in Work Based Learning opportunities. All attendees who donate clean and ready-to-wear professional attire (e.g., business casual clothing for all genders, slacks, button-ups) in any size will be entered to win a gift card to the NEWIEE store!
Fast Facts About RCC:
- The only predominantly Black community college in the Northeast.
- RCC was established in 1973 by community activists.
- Recently opened the Center for Smart Building Technology, a program designed to prepare students for the sustainable energy future.
Location Information:
- Across the street from the Orange Line T stop. Only three stops from Back Bay Station (where you’ll find Amtrak and many Commuter Rail trains).
- Only a 14-minute bike ride from Back Bay Station along the beautiful Southwest Corridor bike path.
- Two miles from the Mass Pike and ample parking with EV charging stations.
