Boston Chapter Event: AI & Women’s Leadership

Explore how artificial intelligence can energize leadership effectiveness. Recent Harvard research highlights that women leaders are more reluctant to adopt AI technologies compared to their male peers, potentially widening leadership and career gaps. At this intimate breakfast roundtable, we’ll discuss the barriers behind this hesitancy, strategies to overcome them, and ways to confidently leverage AI as a transformative leadership tool.

Charity Pennock, ACC

Charity is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in director and management positions. Charity’s career has been based at the intersection of business and the nonprofit sectors in the areas of clean energy, economic development, entrepreneurship, and technology. She has built organizations, launched new programs, and worked across sectors including corporate, government, higher education and non-profit partners and clients. These experiences helped Charity to use and refine her abilities in seeing the big picture, understanding people’s motivations, and asking important questions. Charity is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach and a Gestalt International Study Center Certified Coach.
