Breathe & Reset: Supporting Year-End Wellbeing
As the year winds down, many of us feel the weight of deadlines, full calendars, and personal demands—especially in the energy and environmental sectors, where our work carries lasting impact. This session offers space to pause, reflect, and recharge.
Join Tiffany Hawco, Environmental Specialist at Eversource, Co-Chair of NEWIEE Rising Professionals, and a certified somatic breathwork practitioner, for a guided practice designed to release tension, restore balance, and build resilience. Through accessible breathwork techniques, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, increase clarity, and reconnect with purpose.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or simply in need of a reset, this is your invitation to close the year with intention—and carry forward tools for wellbeing into the season ahead.

Tiffany Hawco is an Environmental Specialist at Eversource, where she focuses on environmental compliance across energy operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and advancing responsible practices. She also serves as Co-Chair of NEWIEE Rising Professionals, supporting emerging leaders in the energy and environmental sectors. Tiffany is certified somatic breathwork practitioner, integrating principles of nervous system regulation and embodied resilience into her leadership and outreach. Her work bridges technical expertise with a commitment to wellbeing, purpose, and community.
